Mr. Kawa graduated from Miami Dade College in 1999 with a degree in Finance and Business Administration. He then went on to work at Household Finance, where by age 22, he became the youngest person in company history to be promoted to an upper management position. Over the past four years, Mr. Kawa has transferred that success to his work as a licensed NFL agent. As such, he has successfully negotiated lucrative contracts for all his players and has also secured some of the highest paying endorsement opportunities for the professional fighters he represents. As CEO of First Round Management, Mr. Kawa is looking to solidify his reputation as one of the nation's leading sports agents.
